Consciously reminding yourself when you wake up that today is a new day, that it is not just another day like yesterday, and, just as importantly, that you are different than you were even a day ago can aid you in being more present with your life and who you are at that moment. Life is not repetitive and we can constantly change.  It does help to remind ourselves of this so that we don't feel like we are in a rut.

What you do first thing in the morning will have a direct effect on the rest of your day.

So what's a good way to start your day?

Repeating your goal affirmations out loud in the mirror first thing in the morning is as AWESOME way to start your day! This is known as the "mirror technique" which was outlined in the book "The Magic of Believing" by Claude M. Bristol. It is truly an effective technique for programming your subconscious mind for success and urge everyone to try it.

Another way to program your subconscious for success first thing in the morning is to write your goals down on paper in the form of an affirmation. This is another great technique that is very effective and only takes about 10 minutes to do.

Meditate for 15-20 minutes immediate upon awakening.  Then Visualize my day.

Yeah, meditation is a great way to start the day. It clears your mind and you feel refreshened afterwards. A lot of stress is created by constantly thinking about things unnecessarily.

Yes, editation is the best way.
We feel ourselves to be floating in the air with happiness. That is the power of meditation

Always say thanks to God for another day of my life and telling myself that this is another best day of my life so I have to make things more better than yesterday.

That is what is known as taking life as it comes and thanking for everything that takes place.

Mediation and music relax the brain cells and relieve your brain from all that has taken place the previous day.
