The only way to make sure that you get sufficient nutrients is to take Food Supplements, not synthetic vitamins as they can be harmful in large doses, as you cannot get enough from the food you eat as in large part it is empty of nutrients. The reason for this is that the farmer's have since the end of the 2nd world war been using chemicals to grow food that looks good, chemicals do not put nutrients back into the soil, as happens with organic farming. This is the main reason for many of the debilitating diseases that are rampant in the world today.

One of the problems with any 'illness' that cannot be seen, as in a broken limb, is that it is very difficult for those that aren't affected to realize that this may actually be an illness. I have found through my own experience that most ailments can be helped by good super nutrition. Perhaps it can help in your situation, if you care to look at Alzheimer's disease, a condition of the brain, ADHD and Cerebral Palsy, they can all be helped by taking Omega 3 supplements. I do not mean the cheap vitamins in the supermarkets, pharmacies and even to an extent health food shops particularly the ones that have special offers!
Again Omega 3 is more often than not contaminated with heavy metals such as mercury and lead this is because the marketer is more interested in taking your money than helping you to better health.

I recently read somewhere that "the best thing you can do for the poor is to not be one of them" I'm doing my best to achieve that goal. Smiley Cool

Hi Sue,
I'm a distributor for GNLD who have been in the nutrition business for over 50 years and they only supply natural food supplements from organic sources. They even test the soil on the farms where the produce is grown, and the quality of the containers, that's how dedicated they are to us getting the very best in nutritional supplements. They also have a few products that aren't available anywhere else.
As I haven't posted sufficiently on here I understand that I'm not allowed to advertise so I can't put a link here.

Hello all,
As I say in the title I'm not completely new here, I have posted a few replies to topics in my attempts to help people to a healthier life. This is my field of 'expertise' through nutritional products, food supplements, not just any old vitamin that you can buy in the supermarket as they try to cash in on your gullibility selling inferior products.  Smiley
51  General / Post your Problem! / Re: Depression Cure. Does anyone know of a cure for depression? on: February 10, 2010, 09:32:54 AM
Yes, most nutritionists recommend Omega 3, GNLD's Omega 3 Plus has more Omega 3's than any other similar product, it contains 8 Omega 3's, on the market as they have found how to extract them from other fish that competitors cannot do. You can get supplies here:-http://www.feelbetter.me.uk Smiley

Seems to me that you may have a nutrition problem, your diet can affect the way you feel! Do you eat 'junk food'? Do you get at least 5 a day? If you don't then start now.
54  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: Can Aging Be Stopped? on: January 19, 2010, 03:40:38 PM
The aging process cannot be stopped, what you can do however is to slow it down and prevent the degeneratives dis-eases that will kill you prematurely. The way to achieve this is through high quality food supplements. Most people seem to think that they can prevent this occurance by eating healthily, what they do not understand is that both the government and pharmaceutical companies have a vested interest in you being ill!
They advise you to eat 5 protions of fruit and veg a day what they don't tell you is that it must be organic. As the other type of food has been grown using pesticdes and herbicides ( manufactured by their partners)and they then talk about 'safe' levels of these substances in your food, the only level that is safe is NONE.
So make sure that your supplements are from whole food products that are organically grown, a hard task for you as there are so many vitamin manufacturers, most of which are synthetic. Made from at best corn starch or worse than that crude oil, so if you think cheap is the same as whole food think again.

Third time lucky! I have tried to post a couple of intro's without success. So I'll just say Hi, without giving any details of my reasons for posting and see if that works.
