No, I do not have any evidence to support this and like you I never liked, and still don't, like Coke. However, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it were true, as they, like most of the large corporations will use any means they can to get you to consume their products.
They were putting water from the municipal taps and calling it bottled water which of course it was. I think their idea was that the public would believe it was from a natural spring! That was true as the local water company threatened to take them to court if they continued.

Apparently Coca Cola used subliminal messages in cinemas when it was first developed and sales of coke rose dramatically in the cinemas where these ads were used. A good number of the programs offered by the self help hub are also of this type.
19  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: Taking sleeping pills safely on: May 17, 2011, 12:54:31 PM
I also agree with Dr Martin Russell, seems he is one of the few doctors who tell you not to take sleeping pills. what he doesn't say here oviously because of constraints of space, do yourself a big favor go and watch his videos and then decide no matter what you aren't going to ingest these poisons that will do more harm than good.
There are natural alternatives that work, as well as, if not better than sythetic medicine with none of the adverse side effects, and do NOT cause addiction. Theses are generally herbs but a healthy and nutritious diet will also help, a healthy person doesn't appear to have very much difficulty sleeping as they are happy inside themselves.
If you'd like to feel better and be more healthy, super nutrition can help you go to for the very best in Whole Food Supplements.

21  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: Have Any of You Made Dietary Changes that Have Improved Your Well-Being? on: March 29, 2011, 11:52:22 AM
I take my Whole Food Supplements on a daily basis as no matter how good your diet there are things missing from it that can be obtained from organically grown whole food supplements. Do not take synthetic vitamins as these can actually do more harm than good!
22  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: What is your ONE MAIN tip for stress relief? on: March 29, 2011, 11:48:56 AM
I take my Omega 3 Plus and CAl-Mag + D on a regular basis and so I do not get stressed in the first place so there's no stress to relieve.

Hello G I George,
Seems that like most people you are following the medical professions method of dealing with a problem that requires a natural treatment rather than drugs which only serve to cover up the issue. Certainly a good idea to use the power of your mind as a self healing medium but maybe it needs some practical help as well.
I'm a distributor for nutritional product company and we have had some success in helping people to overcome major illnesses, of course we aren't allowed to advertise these facts as "there is no clinical evidence"! The fact that a polio victim paralysed from the neck down and on life support system got up and walked again, a MS sufferer went back to work. No we can't tell you about these people it isn't substantiated by the medical profession. My opinion is that they are scared you will find out the truth!
If you'd like to know more about this then you can contact me through my web site and I will help you to decide what will help and show you how you can obtain these products at a discounted price.

I hope it helps you stay a pretty damsel all your life. Smiley

I drink warm water, two teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar, with a spoonful of honey every morning before breakfast. This has a two fold effect of helping my heart health and preventing arthritis.
26  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: Fresh, frozen or canned? on: August 05, 2010, 01:39:41 PM
If you are talking about fresh from your own garden then I couldn't agree more as you know what has or hasn't been put on them. If you mean fresh from the farmer, then if they are grown under the same conditions as the frozen or canned then there is very little difference, and the nutritional losses amount to about the same with frozen being marginally better.
27  Self Improvement / Health & Wellbeing / Re: Fresh, frozen or canned? on: July 20, 2010, 11:51:19 AM
In my opinion fresh is way ahead of either frozen or canned, and if it is organic straight from your own garden then there isn't anything that compares. Frozen is generally better than canned because of the preservatives, but what about all the contaminants that are sprayed on the crops?

Whether they are fresh, frozen or canned.

Farmers and the chemical industry have a lot to answer for when our health is put at risk because of them needing to make a profit, I do realize that all businesses have to be profitable to be able to survive, where are their ethics?

You have 3x12 to make a first impression,
The first 12 seconds. Smiley
The first 12 words. Smiley
The first 12 inches of you that people see. Smiley
After that it is to late to make a first impression! Smiley Smiley Smiley

Hello Tremont,
Hope you will like it here and come back often, I'm afraid I neglect the forum quite a bit. I'm sure you will find that most of the members here are friendly, and will offer good advice if you need it.
