No, I do not have any evidence to support this and like you I never liked, and still don't, like Coke. However, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it were true, as they, like most of the large corporations will use any means they can to get you to consume their products.
They were putting water from the municipal taps and calling it bottled water which of course it was. I think their idea was that the public would believe it was from a natural spring! That was true as the local water company threatened to take them to court if they continued.

Apparently Coca Cola used subliminal messages in cinemas when it was first developed and sales of coke rose dramatically in the cinemas where these ads were used. A good number of the programs offered by the self help hub are also of this type.

I also agree with Dr Martin Russell, seems he is one of the few doctors who tell you not to take sleeping pills. what he doesn't say here oviously because of constraints of space, do yourself a big favor go and watch his videos and then decide no matter what you aren't going to ingest these poisons that will do more harm than good.
There are natural alternatives that work, as well as, if not better than sythetic medicine with none of the adverse side effects, and do NOT cause addiction. Theses are generally herbs but a healthy and nutritious diet will also help, a healthy person doesn't appear to have very much difficulty sleeping as they are happy inside themselves.

I take my Whole Food Supplements on a daily basis as no matter how good your diet there are things missing from it that can be obtained from organically grown whole food supplements. Do not take synthetic vitamins as these can actually do more harm than good!

Seems that like most people you are following the medical professions method of dealing with a problem that requires a natural treatment rather than drugs which only serve to cover up the issue. Certainly a good idea to use the power of your mind as a self healing medium but maybe it needs some practical help as well.

I drink warm water, two teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar, with a spoonful of honey every morning before breakfast. This has a two fold effect of helping my heart health and preventing arthritis.

If you are talking about fresh from your own garden then I couldn't agree more as you know what has or hasn't been put on them. If you mean fresh from the farmer, then if they are grown under the same conditions as the frozen or canned then there is very little difference, and the nutritional losses amount to about the same with frozen being marginally better.

In my opinion fresh is way ahead of either frozen or canned, and if it is organic straight from your own garden then there isn't anything that compares. Frozen is generally better than canned because of the preservatives, but what about all the contaminants that are sprayed on the crops?

Whether they are fresh, frozen or canned.

Farmers and the chemical industry have a lot to answer for when our health is put at risk because of them needing to make a profit, I do realize that all businesses have to be profitable to be able to survive, where are their ethics?
