Hello,

Thank you for pointing out to RB's book! I dusted off the book from the attic to read it once again... When the book and the movie were launched, I remember the storm it had created. Autosuggestions work! And I practice it daily and can see the results in my life.

I have. I found it quiet useful. I gave the softwre to a boy who always played games on the compuetr, and did not study. His mother says he got a jump in his marks in the last exam.

If you aer struggling with a temptation, then it shows a struggel between your conscious "wisdom" and subconscious "urges".

Do you have to face this "temptation" everyday, day in an day out? If not, then in the space of time availabl to you, perhaps youcould think deep on why the urge is coming up in the first place. Withouth struggling with the urge, if you can figure out why the urge is taking place in the first place, thn that would be a great step foward.

I meet self-saboteurs everyday. Smiley Alocholics, drug abusers, relationship victims ... it is funny how we throw away all the gifts that natuer gives us when we are born.

Not to say that I am an enlightend one! I have walked on that road myself.

Oh, I might also add that my process was not through this schuman - this technology hadn't come to my world in those times. I had followed the traditoinal meditation and yoga technique.

I have been thru that myself - the thougths of depression that well up inside you aer a maneifestation of the process your brain and consequently your mind is undergoing.

I had really felt the need for a guru or a mentor in those moments. I was fortunaet enough to have my guru to guide me then.

Besides depression, other muck also gets raked up. Do you have somebody by your side when you do these exerciess? Somebody mature enough to understand exatly what is going on?

If you can handel these emotions on your own, great. otherwies you may consider slwoing down and phasing them over several weeks.

What is this GNC btw? Can you reveal the natural remedy that helped you overcoem depressing thougth patterns? For my knowledge sake.

I have just come after reading up on Dr. Richard Davidson's site's papers - http://brainimaging.waisman.wisc.edu/. I was wondering if anybody knows of any specific research work done on meditaiton states?

The more I read up on western literatuer, the moer I feel that they go off the mark whenever it comes to meditation. Just my perception ofcourse.

The first thing is, as Sanjay would have put it - RELAX. Heavens havnt fallen down. Smiley

Take it easy. Meditation is a long prcoess. It is a yo-yo swing - you aer in control of your emotions and thougths one day; and your emotions and thoughts taek control over you the nxet day.

Try to summon stregnth to go to the office. Meet your boss. Apologiez for your actoin. Ask for a day off.I am sure they will be considert. If they aren't, remember:  Heavens havnt fallen down.

If you aer not able to go, phone, and speak to the boss. Apologiz sincerly. Ask for a day's off.

Gather your thoughts and wits about you. Be +ve. Smiley Everythng will be alright.

Hello Martha,

No, lucid dreaming is a kind of dreaming which you do when you are asleep. Visualiaztion is what you do in your wakfeul state.

When you are asleep and dream on, usually you are a witness to the sequnce - like watching a movie. When you become awaer that you are in a dream, then the dream becomes lucid. After becomign awaer, you have two optoins: one, continue watching whre the dream takes you. Or two, take active control over where you want the dream to flow.
